Schools across Auckland are moving from master keys to access control for staff areas, and adding lockdown capability. Ministry-funded property projects often go through formal tender on GETS. We can price as a subcontractor to the main contractor or directly for smaller projects.
Unit titles and shared buildings
Many North Shore business units sit in unit-title complexes where the body corporate controls common areas such as gates, shared entries and car parks. We can design systems that let each owner manage their own unit while the body corporate keeps control of shared access.
